Cousin Kyle

Jay's cousin, Tim, and his wife, Katie, live nearby and have our sweet, happy little cousin, Kyle. You may remember pictures of him at Christmas time, when we couldn't hold him or visit him much because he'd had heart surgery and needed to build his immune system. He is now a bubbly, smiley, energetic little crawler who will be 1 at the end of this month! God is good. He recently had surgery to remove a cyst on his nose, and is healing beautifully from that. He is definitely a fighter. I have rarely seen him upset.

We went to breakfast with Kyle and Tim, Kyle's grandma (Jay's Aunt) Teresa, Memaw, and Aunt Allie before the ladies left for a Colorado trip in June. Here are some pics I took. Kyle is the blondie in the middle. :) My wonderful 3 year old learned how to blow things out of his straw at people from one of Jay's fabulous unmarried, childless friends. Thanks, Scott!!

All three boys were in Cardinals outfits, which we hadn't planned. These are the attempts to get a picture of them. Not too successful!! You can barely see Kyle's foot in the bottom one, crawling right out of the shot. Hunter was thrilled with being in the sun.

These were taken a few weeks before, right after his nose surgery. They are all in green and I did manage to get one of all three of their faces! :) Even if Kyle's grandpa had to hold him in the shot.

Finally, this was taken at Kyle's house recently after Jay and Tim's softball game. It was so hot and Holden wanted to get in Kyle's pool, but I didn't have his trunks so he did what we call "white trash swimming." I think his skinny body and tighty whities are so cute. :)
