Great Grandpa and Grandma Schulz were there. I loved watching Hunter and "Big Pepaw" (as Holden has dubbed him) interact.
Snapshots from our evening. Memaw made Holden a huge plate of his favorite food ever-bacon. Crack me up! Great Grandma Schulz commented that it was a plate full of cholesterol. :) Holden was dying to drive the Gater, so Pepaw and Daddy accompanied him down the sidewalk (with walls of snow on each side!) to our garage. Love that Jay is wearing shorts in these pictures. Note my fresh pajamas-they are from Aunt Allie. :)
As if we needed more presents! Jay's parents spoil us rotten. The boys got several fun toys, Holden's favorite being a microphone stand and working mike. (Hunter's favorite was-you guessed it-the wrapping paper!) I really like the Simon Says doggie game he got. The dog tells you directions to follow and involves colors, shapes, and letters/numbers. Too cute! I had to laugh that two of the toys they got Hunter have small plastic hammers with them. I don't think their goal was to provide him with weapons to use against his brother, but I have a feeling that's what they may be used for in the future! They got us several gifts as well, including a new microwave and toaster (in red to match my Mickey kitchen!), and a TomTom! Can't wait to use it-just as soon as I figure out how.
